Semi-automatic brick-laying machines typically include the following key components:
Brick Storage Bin:This area stores the bricks to be laid; its capacity varies depending on the model size.
Conveying System:This system uses chains or belts to transport bricks from the storage bin to the laying opening in an orderly and stable manner.
Vibration Compaction System:This is the “heart” of the machine. One or more high-frequency vibrators compact the bricks as they fall, ensuring a tight bond with the substrate.
Moving System:Usually tracked or wheeled, this system is driven by a hydraulic motor and allows for smooth forward movement.
Control System:The control panel controls the machine’s forward/reverse movement, conveyor speed, vibration intensity, etc.
Leveling System:Some high-end models are equipped with laser or mechanical leveling systems to ensure the laying reference surface remains level at all times.
Simplified Working Principle Diagram:
Loading Bricks -> Conveying -> Brick Dropping and Vibration -> Shaping -> Machine Forward Movement -> Repeated Cycle Operators stack bricks in the storage bin, and the machine moves slowly forward under power. At the same time, the conveying system delivers the bricks to the vibrating plate. Under high-frequency vibration, the bricks are compacted and form a smooth road surface. Workers follow closely behind, repairing edges and adjusting patterns.
