The vertical automatic cement pipe-making machine is a large-scale specialized piece of equipment used to manufacture circular hollow components such as concrete drainage pipes, culverts, and utility poles. It employs a “vertical radial extrusion” process, utilizing vertical (vertical) reinforcement placement, vertical concrete pouring, vertical radial extrusion molding, and vertical curing—a fully or semi-automatic pipe-making system.

High Efficiency: Short production cycle; typically, a pipe of approximately Φ1000mm takes only 5-10 minutes, far faster than traditional centrifugal processes.

High Density and High Strength: The triple action of “vertical extrusion + radial extrusion + vibration” results in a very dense pipe structure, high concrete strength, and excellent impermeability.

Smooth Inner Wall: Due to the smooth surface of the inner mold and its close contact with the concrete, the inner wall of the formed pipe is very smooth, resulting in low water flow resistance and strong flow capacity.

High Degree of Automation: From material placement to extrusion molding, the entire process is automated. Workers only need to operate the equipment and perform hoisting, resulting in low labor intensity and relatively low skill requirements for workers.

Reliable Reinforcing Steel Cage Fixation:The reinforcing steel cage is firmly compressed into the concrete during the forming process, ensuring accurate positioning and uniform protective layer thickness.

Main Frame and Platform:A robust steel structure providing support and a foundation for the entire equipment.

Mold System:

Outer Mold (Pipe Mold):A fixed cylindrical steel structure that determines the outer diameter and appearance of the pipe.

Inner Mold (Expansion/Contraction Core Mold):The core component, a conical or cylindrical steel mold that can expand and contract radially. It compresses the concrete during expansion and demolds it after contraction. It determines the inner diameter of the pipe.

Concrete Placing System:Located at the top of the equipment, this is a rotating hopper and distributor.
