II. Main Components:A typical vertical automatic cement pipe making machine usually includes the following key systems:
Main Frame and Platform:A robust steel structure providing support and a foundation for the entire equipment.
Mold System:
Outer Mold (Pipe Mold):A fixed cylindrical steel structure that determines the outer diameter and appearance of the pipe.
Inner Mold (Expansion/Contraction Core Mold):The core component, a conical or cylindrical steel mold that can expand and contract radially. It compresses the concrete during expansion and demolds it after contraction. It determines the inner diameter of the pipe.
Concrete Placing System:Located at the top of the equipment, this is a rotating hopper and distributor.
It evenly distributes concrete within the annular space between the inner and outer molds.
Concrete Placing System:Located at the top of the equipment, this is a rotating hopper and distributor.
It evenly distributes concrete within the annular space between the inner and outer molds. Extrusion and Vibration System:
Main Extrusion Head: Attached to the lower end of the main shaft, located inside the inner mold. It can move up and down, applying enormous downward vertical pressure to the concrete.
Vibrators: Multiple sets of high-frequency attached vibrators are installed on the outer mold, simultaneously extruding and compacting the concrete to ensure thorough densification.
