The QT4-18 is a medium-sized, fully automatic, high-efficiency block molding machine that strikes an optimal balance between investment cost, production efficiency, and space requirements. It achieves high-efficiency production through a “fast-paced, small-batch” approach.
Rapid Production Efficiency:Theoretically, it can produce 4 standard hollow bricks (400*200*200 mm) every 18 seconds, resulting in a daily (8-hour) production of 6400 hollow bricks.
Reasonable Investment Cost:Due to its relatively compact main unit structure and smaller hydraulic and vibration system configuration compared to larger models (such as the QT8-15), the overall equipment purchase cost of the production line is lower, making it very attractive to investors with moderate budgets.
Small Footprint: The entire production line (including the batching machine, conveyor belt, main unit, and palletizer) requires a relatively small factory area, reducing factory rental or construction costs.
Fully Automated Operation:Equipped with a PLC control system, it achieves full automation from material feeding, molding, demolding to pallet conveying. The palletizing section can be equipped with an automatic palletizer or a simpler, lower-cost brick-dispensing system.
Multi-purpose machine: By changing the molds, it can also produce various cement products such as blocks, curb stones, and paving bricks.
